Returns Policy

The X Trail Promise

 We want our customers to have the confidence when buying our products hence we provide full refund for all our products in normal circumstances if all the below guidelines are met. 

We accept returns of our goods that are unused and in brand new condition with packaging intact within 30 days of purchase. If your item(s) meets these criteria, please contact our team at to organize returns. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You should consider using a shipping service with a tracking option and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If there is a dispute on the returned product delivered to us, the sending party has to provide signed proof of receipt by FSR X TRAIL employees acknowledging the return package was received. If FSR X TRAIL employee has not signed off acknowledging such receipt of product at our warehouse, FSR X TRAIL will not be responsible for the products returned.

Refunds on returns will be given only on the purchase price (shipping and handling are non-refundable).


Contact for a return authorization. Once FSR X TRAIL has confirmed the return, ship the item packed in the original carton to our Ontario Warehouse along with a copy of the proof of purchase and/or the original packing slip.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the returns request and if approved FSR X TRAIL will explore options. Options include replacement, repair or refund. When a refund is due this will be issued to the original form of payment. It may take 3-5 business days for this refund to reflect on your bank statement once we approve the product return. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items/demo pieces/promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  and once you get our instructions, send the item to our Ontario warehouse. 


If the item was processed as a gift when purchased from us and shipped directly to the party, we will include a gift certificate. If the party decides to return the product, after the above return procedure is completed, once found eligible for returns, we will issue a gift credit for the value of original purchase excluding any shipping and handling charges.
